Trade Accounts
Who can apply for a wholesale trade account? +
Any registered Australian business with a valid ABN can apply for a wholesale trade account with Beauty In. This includes hair salons, beauty spas, makeup artists, nail technicians, pharmacies, beauty retailers, skin clinics, training academies and more.
How long does the application process take? +
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 1 business day. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with your account details and access to wholesale pricing immediately.
Is there a minimum order value for trade accounts? +
Our standard minimum order is $150 (ex GST) for trade account holders. This ensures we can offer the best possible pricing and maintain fast dispatch times. Volume discounts apply for orders over $500, $1,000 and $5,000.
What payment terms are available? +
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), EFT direct deposit, BPAY and PayPal for trade account holders. Net 30 payment terms are available for accounts with 6+ months trading history and a credit application on file. Contact your account manager for details.
Ordering
How do I place an order? +
Once your trade account is approved, you can place orders online through our website, by phone at +61 2 9025 9681, by email at trade@beautyin.com.au, or directly with your dedicated account manager. Our team is available Monday–Friday 8am–5pm AEST.
Can I order products not listed on the website? +
Yes! Our website lists our most popular products, but we have access to a much wider range through our brand partnerships. Contact your account manager or email us at trade@beautyin.com.au with your specific product requirements.
Can I get samples before ordering in bulk? +
Sample requests are available for qualified trade accounts on select product lines. Please contact your account manager or our sales team to discuss sample availability for products you're considering stocking.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will my order be dispatched? +
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day from our Artarmon, NSW warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
What shipping options are available? +
We offer Standard Road Freight (2–5 business days metro, 3–7 days regional), Express Post (1–3 business days), and Overnight Premium for urgent orders. Freight costs are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! Standard shipping is free for orders over $500 (ex GST) to metro areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA. Regional and remote destinations may incur a freight surcharge. Your account manager can provide specific freight rates for your location.
Do you ship to New Zealand? +
Currently we supply Australian businesses only. If you're based in New Zealand and interested in wholesale supply, please contact us to discuss options as we are exploring international wholesale partnerships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? +
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders, sale items and opened products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective. Please contact trade@beautyin.com.au to initiate a return.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order? +
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged or incorrect items. Email clear photos of the damage or incorrect items to trade@beautyin.com.au with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or credit within 2 business days.
Are all products genuine and authorised? +
Absolutely. Beauty In is an authorised wholesale distributor for every brand we carry. All products are sourced directly from brand owners or their authorised Australian distributors. We never carry grey market, counterfeit or parallel imports.
